Well Visits

2-4 Weeks

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Check your baby’s weight, length, and head circumference and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  • Answer any questions and offer advice on the care of your baby
  • Ask questions on how your child is feeding, peeing, pooping, sleeping, and development
  • Perform a physical exam
  • Start immunizations 

2 Months 

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Check your baby’s weight, length, and head circumference and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  • Answer questions you have on the care of your baby
  • Ask questions on how your child is feeding, peeing, pooping, sleeping, and development
  • Perform a physical exam
  • Provide appropriate immunizations

4 Months

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Check your baby’s weight, length, and head circumference and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  • Answer any questions you have on the care of your baby
  • Ask questions on how your child is feeding, peeing, pooping, sleeping, and development
  • Perform a physical exam
  • Provide appropriate immunizations

6 Months

During this visit our doctors will:

9 Months

During this visit our doctors will:

12 Months (1 Year)

15 Months

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Provide appropriate immunizations

18 Months (1 ½ Years)

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Answer any questions you have on the care of your baby
  • Ask questions on how your child is eating, peeing, pooping, sleeping, and development
  • Perform a physical exam
  • Provide appropriate immunizations

2 Years

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Answer any questions you have on the care of your baby

3 Years

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Check your child’s weight and height and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  • Check your child’s blood pressure and vision
  • Answer any questions you have on the care of your baby
  • Ask questions on how your child is eating, peeing, pooping, sleeping, and development
  • Perform a physical exam

4 Years

During this visit our doctors will:

  1. Check your child’s weight and height and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  2. Check your child’s blood pressure, vision, and hearing
  3. Answer any questions you have on the care of your baby
  4. Ask questions on how your child is eating, peeing, pooping, sleeping, and development
  5. Perform a physical exam

5 Years

During this visit our doctors will:

  1. Take your child’s medical history
  2. Check your child’s vision and hearing
  3. Answer any questions you have on the care of your child
  4. Administer immunizations and a urinalysis
  5. Check developmental and behavioral growth
  6. Perform a physical exam

6 – 10 Years

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Take your child’s medical history
  • Check your child’s height and weight and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  • Check your child’s blood pressure, vision, and hearing
  • Answer any questions you have on the care of your child
  • Administer immunizations
  • Check developmental and behavioral growth
  • Perform a physical exam

11 – 21 Years

During this visit our doctors will:

  • Take your child’s medical history
  • Check your child’s height and weight and plot the measurements on a growth chart
  • Check your child’s blood pressure, vision, and hearing
  • Answer any questions you have on the care of your child
  • Administer immunizations, hematocrit or hemoglobin (preferred at age 14), and a urinalysis (preferred at age 15)
  • Check developmental and behavioral growth
  • Perform a physical exam
